Bill Emmons' The Big Muscle ($37.80, Russell Foster) was an upset winner in the $12,000 Open Trot Wednesday at Harrington Raceway.

 The 8-year-old Muscle Mass gelding notched his 7th win of the season for trainer Armand Benard. The Big Muscle sat third much of the mile before getting clearance in the stretch and surging for the win over Bluebird Jesse and Faithfulandtrue. It was his 20th career victory.

 It was one of 4 wins on the card for Foster. Allan Davis and Art Stafford Jr. each had a driving double.

 Live racing will be on hiatus until August 17 when a Monday and Tuesday schedule will commence for the balance of the month.
