Daryl Bier’s Roy Orbisong ($13.20) equaled the all-aged track record at Harrington Raceway Monday, by winning the $20,000 Open Pace in 1:50.4.

 The 5-year-old Ft Apache Hanover gelding equaled the mark set by Spirit of a Shark in 2006. ‘Roy’ is also trained and driven by Bier. Sniper Hall set fractions of 27, 55.3 and 1:23 while Roy Orbisong mounted his attack first over. In deep stretch, Roy Orbisong surged by and held off a fast charging Harlingen Hanover for the win.  Mystique Cruiser finished third.

 Driver Mike Cole won four races on the card. Daryl Bier and Ross Wolfenden each won two races.
