Slipinsidwayz Scores In DSBF Filly Final10/10/2023 5:47 PM -
Bryan Truitt Jr.'s Slipinsidewayz ($6.60, Victor Kirby) was a 1:57.4 winner in the $110,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) 2-year-old pacing filly Tuesday at Harrington Raceway.
Trained by Bryan Truitt, the Badlands Hanover filly was a one-length winner on the front end for her 2nd straight victory. Jett Propelled was second with Nova's Baby Girl third.
In the $50,000 Kathleen Cain, Brenda Teague's Tae ($3, Tony Morgan) prevailed in 1:52.2, equaling her lifetime mark at age 8. The I'm Gorgeous mare set all the fractions and maintained a comfortable lead at the wire over Southwind Mina and Shield Maiden. It was her 5th win of the year for her owner/trainer.
Tyler and Brendan Davis' Seamslilsassy ($7.80, Allan Davis) won the $20,000 DSBF filly consolation in 1:58.4.
