Tlb Racing's Remarkable De Vie ($3.60, Pat Berry) recorded his 9th win of the year in the $20,000 Open Trot at Harrington Raceway Wednesday in 1:55.2.
The Traci Berry-trainee seized control early from post four and never looked back in an easy win over Fifty Ways and Secret Jet. The 7-year-old Charlie De Vie gelding increased his seasonal earnings to $123,460.
Driver Art Stafford Jr. had 4 wins on the card. Vic Kirby and Montrell Teague each had a double.
Live racing will continue on a Monday through Wednesday schedule through October 18. Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) stakes action for 2-year-olds will kick off the September 25-27 week of racing as the pacing colts and geldings will be in action Monday, the pacing fillies on Tuesday, and trotters on Wednesday. Post time is 4:30 p.m.
