Northstar still the King at Harrington, Davis Jr. wins sevenBob Stevenson Inc. and Eric Davis' 14-year-old trotter Stormont Northstar ($18.60, Eddie Davis Jr.) won for the 71st time in his career Wednesday at Harrington Raceway. He is the winningest horse in Harrington Raceway history with 35 wins on Delaware's half-mile racetrack. The Bob Stevenson-trained Brisco Hanover gelding was shuffled back to last at the top of the stretch and made an impressive sweeping move in the stretch to circle the field. Meanwhile, Davis Jr. won seven races on the card, becoming only the fourth driver to reach the milestone at Harrington. Paul McDougall and Wj McDougall Racing's Broke As Usual (1:56.3, Ross Wolfenden) won the $20,000 featured Junior Open Trot.
