Robert Shahan’s Jett Propelled ($2.60, Jason Thompson) notched her 23rd career win Tuesday with a 1:53.1 triumph in the $22,500 Mares Open at Harrington Raceway.
Jett Propelled took the early lead from post position four and set fractions of 27.2, 55.2 and 1:25. After fighting off a first-over bid from Melody Hanover, Jett Propelled held off a fierce late rally from Gogettermischeddr to pick up her 7th win of the year for her owner/trainer. The 5-year-old Roddy’s Bags Again mare has had a banner campaign, earning nearly $150,000 already in 2026, following a 2025 where she made $112,000. The win was part of a 5 win night for Thompson on the program.
Later on the card, Crissman Inc.’s Some Waratah A ($2.40, Tony Morgan) notched his 48th career win in his 117th lifetime start in 1:56.
