Trained by Joe Hunderptfund Jr., Steven’s Saloon has been in fine form, off seven straight finishes where he has been no worse than second. The same connections would strike one race later as Atoughnuttocrack (Thompson) was a 1:54.2 winner. Thompson drove 3 winners on the program.
Crissman Inc.’s World Beater ($2.80, Montrell Teague) won his 4th straight race in 1:54.2 for trainer Tim Crissman. The Captaintreacherous gelding has won 4-of-5 starts this year. Allan Davis and Russell Foster each had a double.
