Lauren Allen's Rose Run Flash ($11.00, Mike Cole) was a decisive wire-to-wire winner in Wednesday's $17,000 Junior Open Trot in 1:58.
The 8-year-old Armbro Laser gelding was sent for the lead from post three where he would command fractions of 28.3, 58.3 and 1:28. He held pocket sitting Go Nano Go safe for the two length triumph. Adam Gram was third. Good Feeling, the 6-to-5 favorite, made two breaks in the race.
'Flash' was also trained by her owner as he pushed his lifetime earnings to nearly $350,000.
Driver Brandon Givens registered a hat trick on the program with three driving victories.
